Just double checking before I order one : 27X1 left hand threading for 157qmj flywheel removal ? What about the starting clutch nut ? That needs to also be removed correct ? where can I find a wrench for that ? BillC.

on mine it was a 17mm bolt 3/4 drive wratchet. You can get either these at a local parts store or walley world if your lucky so use the parts store first. then you'r gona need to keep the fly wheel from moving so what I've use is a filter wrench but goto Sears and get a craftsman filter wrench that is the rubber kind caus the chain kind you'll damage something if it slips off. That is about it wait since I said a 17mm just by it from sears you'll use that on other places on the scoot so its not a total lost. Word of warning have a second person hold the fil-wrench a scond person is always good. Check out our Tech section there are some great tutorials and well designed postings on how a lot of this kind of stuff is done. The puller goto a bike shop or order it online from one of advertised dealers I've learned to use one made for scooters and not using a automotive one it just messes things up really really bad plus they are cheep enough that its worth the price in gold. my experience buy IT trust me. Mike at Buggy Parts NW sells this puller (top one} which I used on a 157QMJ. Dave at Absolutely Scooters sells this clutch tool, but that seems a little steep to me. However, that is one nut and shaft you do not want to strip so if that's the going rate I'd pony up for it. Here's a video from Steven at MonsterGY6:

I am replacing my crankshaft so just the nut will be needed from it when I disassemble and remove it. Last night I saw the video and book marked it for future reference. BillC.
