Ok finally got back to her scooter,(such a nice day here in sunny Calif I had to take my kawa KLX 650 out to the woods for a bit of a blast ;D ). But back to the wifes bike. I have done all the fallowing checks and it is still there, checked front wheel, brakes, triples clamps, speedo cable, brake cable, all is tight and secure, wheel rolls smoothly. Question I have now is the forks do require oil, right? And if so how much. Again thanks Jim Ooooh yeah it still does it when I ride it ;D then wife hit me thanks kz1000

Thank you for the speedy reply. I will check that out in the morning. But I don't think that will be the problem, it does roll smoothly while pushing it. But will get it off the ground tomorrow and check update coming, thanks again Jim

Yep bought the wife a hornet 150. She loves it . It actually is quite a nice scooter so far 1000 mi on it. The only problem being, slow speed as in turning small circles practicing for DMV test. The front end vibrates alot, you can see the front wheel kind of chattering (not rolling smoothly). I checked the front pads seemed ok, front forks tight. Long question short, could it be forks low on oil or? thanks
