I have a jonway yy250t...my scooter has no headlight, no tail light, no dashboard light...I have taken it to a mechanic he change the stator the voltage regulator n still does not give me a charge n the lights wont turn on...I see he is frustrated as im too...what can it be...let me star by saying before this the battery was giving me a 12.20 v now with the change is giving me a 12.90 v...the mech said it should be 13.5v to charge the battery...still cant find problem after a month on the shop....HELP!!!!!
