I'm completely taking the wire harness off the scooter my plan is to go over all the connections redo any crappy wiring i come across re wrap it with new tape and shielding If i can find my camera i will take some pictures 8-)

My scooter will idle fine but when i give it gas it bogs out really bad unless i press on one of the brakes then it revs up but as soon as i let off the brake it bogs so i know this must be a electrical problem I have installed new carburetor,Intake Manifold,CDI,spark plug, My scooter is a Roketa MC-10-50(MAUI-50ST) I'm open for any suggestions
