When I go to start it spins and sounds like its going to start if I give it a little gas., but when I move the throttle it stops spinning? Any ideas? Thanks, the Breezemiester :-)

I have a 2012 jonway 150. 6200 miles. Just did a valve adjustment from a tut off this board and she's running like she did the day I got her.
