I'm thinking of purchasing the DiBlasi R7 folding moped but have some questions about the performance. I live in the Dallas/ Ft. Worth area and everything is pretty spread out here. The research I have done shows it tops out at about 30 mph which isn't bad for such a small bike but we have few roads here with a 30mph limit on them. I have seen on other forums that there is an aftermarket kit that bumps it up to about 70cc. I only need a top speed of about 45 mph to keep from getting run over on the city side streets around here. Any knowledge or tips would be appreciated
