Can anyone walk me through the process of locating removing troubleshooting and cleaning the carbeurator? I would like to learn this myself rather than having someone else do it. Or at least point to a thread that covers this scooter or a similar one? Thanks

All right so I bought it, its in the shop right now, thats where the previous owner left it. Its a school shop so its being "fixed?" for free. I dont have any information until tomorrow about what exactly is wrong with it yet. Its a clean title, second owner, so ill be the third owner. its been laid down once, so part of the body is cracked, on the back on the side underneath the seat and the mirrors cracked.
I'm still in high school so I have time from 4 to whenever every week day to work on it. Im going to get it from the shop and see if i can tell whats wrong.

Okay guys, I'm new here and just wanted to introduce myself before dropping a question on you all. You can call me newdude, I'm from Arizona, just about 5 minutes from Hell and I'm about to get a deal on a scooter!
100 bucks for a second hand rocketa fiji 150 scooter. The question is: is it a good deal? It has some electrical problems and it only starts every other time( the guy told me its something to so with the carb, ill know more later) BUT, it's a only a hundo.
I figure, it's no that much down the drain I it's junk but if its a simple fix, like I need a new membrane for the carb or something, then it's a smacking deal. Another thing, what mods could I make to this scooter? Any suggestions, I know I want to stormtrooper it with the paint and everyhing but idk exactly what performance mods I could make and which would be the best for it.
I know, that was a TON of words but I apologize. So yeah, answer away
