I cannot find emission label anywhere on this bike, have looked all the usual places. Dmv wont register. Can I get a replacement label or letter from geely verifying emission status? Anyone had experience wIth this?

It may never had one since it is a 2003 model you may be in a big hurt. Probably why the guy sold it he couldn't get it registered.

Yes, that's what I was thinking. I got it grew, so I'm not out anything. Yet. What about an engine swap with a newer engine that has a label?

The motors do not have that label all they have is a itched motor type like 139QMB on the case by the sidestand. The metal tag is on the frame of the scoot. A lot of them right above the CVT on some on the front by the tree fork.

Yes I say pull the bodywork,, it's gotta have the plate somewhere on the frame,,, even off-road only machines have them,,,and it's a fairly recent machine so it's gotta have a vessel number on it
