Anyone able to tell me if this worth the money? The seller tells me it has 13,500 kms on it. Thanks.

Thanks cookees. I'm not a bike guy. Scoots are more my thing. Easier to ride for my courier job. So unfortunately the seller sold it on me. So the hunt will continue. I'm hoping to pick up a Honda. So I've found a few more. Just not as close to me. Thanks for all the info and help. Thanks.
