Nothing changed. The last time I rode it, it died around the corner from the house and I managed to get it back running but then it died again and hasnt ran since. I thought about the valves but I went to take one of the bolts off and its almost rounded :l looks like I have another fight on my hands with that. The intake and exhaust on .004?

Yes, set them both to .004 inchs. Now do not over tighten the valve cover bolts just nice and snug. Alleyoop

I got all the valve cover bolts off exept 1. smh I should have replaced all of them after I fought with them the first time. This one is pretty much rounded off lol grip pliers arent working or needle nose. I might have to grind off the head and use vise grips to unroll the thread out.

Give it a little whack on the bolt so it loosens the threads inside and it may then come out for you. Alleyoop

Tried that and it didnt work. The screw is also in a bad position, very close to the frame and you cant get a big socket on it at all. It started raining here so I will kick back up everything Friday. I also just ordered some new bolts for it.

What I meant is get a Screw driver or something put it on the head of the bolt and give the screwdriver a good whack. That will push the threads down and will loosen them. Its an old trick of the trade to get stubborn bolts out of things. Alleyoop

I managed to get the bolt off. I tapped and beat it but I ended up cutting it off. I adjusted the valves and got it all bolted back up and after 30 secs of cranking it fired up. I got it to idle a little under 2k so far. My battery kept dying so I just purchased a new one for $65 from Honda and im waiting on it to charge.

Cause it's old, or some other reason (stator, R/R) (If it ain't one thing, it's another) Good luck and ride safe Dave

Seems like it was just old. The new battery has amazing life compared to the other. I have been riding the scooter since it has been fixed with no issues at all. Basically all I have to do now is get another clamp for the exhaust because mine shot off and I tried to tighten the clamp and the bolt broke lol. My last goal is to change some CVT stuff, I dont know too much about it but im looking into it all. Oh and fix some cosmetic damages like mirrors, turn signals, rewiring electric start etc...

Oh I forgot to mention that both my sight glasses are cracked. Know where I can find some new ones because my right brake doesnt work at all and my left is skeptical? Im going to change the brakes while im at it and 1 more question, is there a way that I can run a bigger rim and tire? I dont like the small tire look.

Here you go: Brake reservoir site glass kit: www.newrivercyclesalvage.com/index.htmlAs for bigger rims and tires that is not a good idea and not easy to do. It involves knowing if you have the space for a larger rim and the hookup to the motor and brakes usually cause a problem. It will cost you a lot of work and modifications for very little in return. Thanks for the link, so since I dont have fluid coming out of the cracked lens I dont have any brake fluid? I would say that since it ain't broke, don't fix it. But, flush the brake and clutch lines and get some new, and proper amount of fluid in there then monitor for any leaks.
