Come across what I believe is a exhaust air valve with tubes coming off not attached to anything. removed of the frame that it was attached too.Recently changed my cylinder,piston,head, do you have to have this connected to something or am I okay leavening it off.. any idea's whats it used for

You probably have an EGR system on it take a look at the emissions and see which one you have and what if anything yours is connected to, A canister with a vacuum line etc..
