Did you have it on the right drive sprocket?

I'm gonna guess that the answer is no based on my observation of the chain itself. Once I get the Starter Clutch off, I'll be able to tell you a little more.

Matt is good, he's learning from every redo and soon he'll be telling people "don't do that!" like the older guys do. Then he'll yell at the kids to get off of his lawn. Oh yeah Matt, it'll happen....you just wait. Rich

I am usually a very positive person myself, but this scoot is testing my patience for sure. I love the heck out of it and don't want to be negative about it, but I just keep having bad luck. Maybe by the time I get a new one I will have learned most of the tricks of the trade. Don't get me wrong, I have put 2033 miles on this scoot and I have loved every single one of them. If not for so much down time, I'd probably be at 4000 miles by now.

You might be right mx matt it might be time to buy a new one. Use that one you have now for parts or sell it. I have a friend that has one that is called a matrix 150 with the gy6 engine looks a lot like yours except color and graphics. He just last month had to put a starter in his but he's had pretty good luck with it has 3500 miles on it. Still runs strong.
I wish you didn't have so many problems with your scoot but at least you got to learn some stuff I guess. You've got to be close in getting that scooter right. You have all them new parts theres just something cursed with it now. Sucks feel bad.
