So the majesty is treating you well? Hi Cyborg! It’s been a while! Thanks fir asking. The Majesty treated me amazing. Not a single problem the entire time I owned it. But I moved up to a Honda VTX 1800 in December 2016. 😂 I loved being on here back in my scooter days. Someday maybe I’ll get me another one. 👍🏻

Air Box Broken 6419 miles - Oct 8, 2016 Notes: Upper connectin flange broken, lower connecting flange bolt missing. Replaced lower bolt. Will repair broken flange ASAP. Head Gasket 4650 miles - Apr 26, 2016 Notes: 11-1-14 during 30 mile round trip freeway ride in cool evening air, coolant reservoir spewed coolant and temp gauge redlined immediately. Limped last 5 miles home filling with ice water from convenience stores. Replaced coolant at home and this sequence repeated itself over and over. No amount of burping coolant would stop it from overheating. First few miles from cold engine seemed fine, but eventually coolant would expel from overflow tank. Since replacing head gasket and burping system it runs great and stays cool even in the dead of the AZ summer heat. Took me 15 months to actually accept that a five month old scoot could actually blow a head gasket. I tried literally everything the internet advisors put forth before changing it out. Purchased gasket on eBay for $8. Muffler (Warranty) 4600 miles - Jan 30, 2016 Notes: Original sounded like a can of rocks when shaken. Stated rattling after a ride on a poorly maintained road and then a short distance on a dirt road with some washboard 2 months after purchase. Thermostat 3369 miles - Nov 6, 2014 Notes: Original thermostat was not opening and causing overheating. Update: original thermostat was tested and working fine. Still over heating even with new thermostat. Ultimately it turned out to be the head gasket. Replaced Broken Horn 2762 miles - Oct 11, 2014 Notes: Replaced Broken horn after water damage during summer rain storm. Horn 382 miles - Jul 4, 2014 Notes: Fixed broken wires. Horn operational now. Starter motor is going away,,,, but an old farmer trick,,, and don't laugh I've seen this trick work on many occasions ,,, get a small hammer and give the side case of the starter a sharp rap,,, my son built a hotrod gti vw,, then his starter started to go away,,, I gave it the rap,,, it literally lasted till he sold the car Is a starter affected by the engine temperature? I'll give it a good wack anyway.

I'm having a strange starting issue with my scoot. Essentially it seems like it is progressively more difficult for the starter to turn the motor over in order to start. At first start of day it starts no problem. I do a lot of short traveling with stops for about a half hour or so and as I go to start it with each progressive stop, it seems as though the starter labors harder and harder and sometimes has to be pushed more than once to get it to turn over. I can usually coax it, but today for the first time it refused. I let the bike cool down for a while and eventually I got it started. It doesn't appear to be battery related.
Has anyone experienced this?
I'm wondering if it is valve related. If they need adjusted, can they prevent the motor from turning over if the engine temp is at operating temp vs cold?

You can order it from many "Scooter Parts" stores here on line or I think you can still order them directly from Roketa.com .... There really not to hard to find. I haven't found one on any site yet. Am I missing it?

So the screw clamp on the hose connected to the water pump broke and coolant had been weeping out for who knows how long. Replaced it, filled it up, burped it, problem solved. Fan working fine.

Hey guys! Been a while. Still loving my 250. Especially since I replaced the head gasket that WAS causing the overheating problem.
Quick question: My fan motor stopped working Ll of a sudden today. Not sure where to start trouble shooting. My bike is a 2014 Jonway YY250T (Honda Clone, Radiator up front, 5300k miles). Where do I start or should I just replace the temp sensor and fan all together given the mileage?

Don't know what happened but NO when I opened the thead it only showed the 1st page and I responded to that page. It did not show that it was novel and it had 5 more pages. Why do I feel the urge to come up with some "Rich like" smart remark? ? Thanks for all you help on this thread.
