Ok so my scooter stalled once again and I couldn't get it started for the life of me so after about 2 hours I decided I'll just drain the carb bowl and see what happens. So I fully drained it and then crank it over and it started right up. So what is what could be the problem? Fuel delivery problem? This thing is testing my limits haha!

Is it running now? You may have dislodged sludge blocking a jet. Time for Seafoam in the tank.

That's the thing though I just took it all apart cleaned tank, carb and adjusted valves. It was running ok for about a week after. But today it just died on way home from work. Then a couple hours later I drained carb and then it started right up. Just took it for a ride it kept bogging and then died again and now won't start.

What do you think KZ? Maybe the float plunger? Do you know what I'm talking about Tember? Take the carb apart again and inspect the little spring loaded plunger that the float actuates. It should push in easily and the hanger wire must be straight. Look up in the brass float valve seat and make sure nothing is caught in there. Rich

If it starts right up and then bogs it's probably the fuel supply. When the bowl runs out, or it can't keep up with fuel demand, it stalls and bogs. The plunger isn't letting more fuel in, the float is stuck in the full position, or gas isn't getting there from the tank. The last could be faulty petcock, bad filter or in the wrong way, or air lock loop in the line. Rich

Cleaned the carb and it's running great!! Think I'm gonna buy a new petcock, fuel filter and new lines just to be on the safe side
