I may be paranoid, but the engine on my Lancer 150 started sounding rougher and louder a couple morning ago. I am uploading a vid so the fine folks here can hear it. I already checked the oil, put a little more in as it seemed low, but no change in the sound. Is it just my imagination?

Did you do a valve adjustment recently? Also check where the Flange bolts onto the motor if you put on a new pipe and muffler recently? It may be leaking by the flange. Alleyoop

I'd think valves first. Then maybe a vacuum leak, intake manifold, or vac line came loose (just had it happen). Swap the plug, they fail all at once. Just spit balling. Rich

Turns out bolts fell off the muffler. There are 2, 1 is AWOL. I'll go get a replacement tomorrow.
Thanks for the help!
