70 + or - miles SE of Buffalo.....50 + or - S of Rochester.....Leaves should peak by Oct. 15th.....shortly thereafter, very bleak around here until 1st of May......but you know all about that having come from these parts.

Nice retro scooter there bud, who makes that? I rode one like that for a year or so, it was a Motorino 150. It was a hoot. So the one in the pink helmet is awaiting the extreme makeover? Post some pix when you get to the project. Rich

At the time the first picture was taken its was a 50cc all stock Chinese scooter. Later a 100cc BBK was added (Big mistake lol).

Last summer, I swap the engine for a 150cc gy6 shortcase. Ran great and took a couple of really long rides on it. 3days 1000 km with a small tent, sleeping bag and a few pairs of clean undies, then a 500 km ride in one day.

Rode that engine till this fall, im now swaping it for a 150cc longcase. I want bigger tires to have a bit more top end. The scooter is also having a major make over. I'm stretching it from the middle, lowering the seat, adding a reinforcing bar with a gas tank on it, all flat black paint job with some nice retro biker stickers/airbrush decorations.

Did I say Bobber?  

Gonna be doing a build thread pretty soon about it.

That B way cool,,, if you pull this off you'll be my new forum hero,,, we had a guy on here tried to mod a scoot and it kind of just vaporized,,, kept putting up all these bogus progress pics,,,, then he dropped off the face of the earth,,,now he lurks and has his ID hidden so you can't tell he's been viewing via the creeper method,, except the moderators can see he's been creepin around,,,, he needs to get out more often,,, anyways I look forward to " the build",,,
