Just got done pigging out on pig ribs. Got the better ones in the heavy plastic wrap.. Marinated over night, charcoal Grill and baby ray sauce. Dog said thank you for the bones. Think i,all kick back and learn how to work this nexus 7 that I just picked up at wally world. Seen all the fire works I need to other years. Last night was fire works from the fakers and the unpatriotic, today is Independance day!

For what felt like the millionth time, I took Rocket into town for groceries. It feels like I've worn a groove in the road since we've done it so many times. It is such a kick. For a mere 50cc the little bike rolls.

She just got started, it will probably be overloaded with plants in a month. Animal life appears out of the plants from eggs that are there when you buy them. Mainly snails, they're too tiny to get a pic of but they supposedly get big....we'll see. Rich

Acrylic tank too, glass is not that clear. I have a couple inside ones. Got 1 koi and a ton of big gold fish in a 14 ft aluminum boat I buried by the porch. Put rocks around and over it so the boat does not show. A couple water pumps and 2 gnomes that were drilled and piped so they piss in the water. Even have 2 goldfish that have blue on them, kind of rare.

John...do NOT tell me you have gnomes that piss in the water and then not post a pic. C'mon man...you can't leave us hanging! I'm after the wife to get some Koi or goldfish but she says she wants to get the plant thing down first. As attached as she gets to low functioning vertebrates maybe she should work out the process first. Hey....wait....let me rethink that statement.

Round here we have a parade for the 4th as well as fireworks. Parade started at 6 pm & wound through both towns and ended maybe a half hour before the fireworks started at 9pm. Met up with my youngest sister and some of her friends so I helped ride herd on a bunch of kids under 6. Made a couple runs on Toi to a nearby groc store when the kids wanted popsicles and we needed more drinks. Every parking lot was full and if one them left in their car, their space woulda been gone. Me, I zipped off and when I came back I just parked Toi in between 2 of the cars no problem.

I'll post some pixs from the parade, it's all rescue vehicles, mostly fire trucks but we had a couple police cars and wreckers/rollbacks. See if you can figure out which fire truck is the coolest and most unusual.

That is one gnome I need! I am thinking a small brown extension would look great! I have only had 1 jehovas wittness visit in 3 or 4 years and they did not seem to appreciate my two gnomes.
