Look right by the KICKSTAND for the motor type, but it looks like a 139QMB motor which are very common and easy to fix. SO what is the problem? If you have some basic tools and are willing you can fix it yourself. You being our hands and us telling you what to do. Alleyoop

If you go to the Library farther down the site you'll find a great deal of information including tutorials on valve adjusting. Use any manual for a GY6 50cc under manuals.

50cc GY6 have .002 inch clearance on both. Generally you set them at .003 and they're fine. Eventually they settle in. At 1700 they're long overdue.

Not really I haven't had anything go wrong with mine over 4 years. Just have to do your basic Oil Changes every 1000 miles Tranny oil every 2000 miles or so, Check your CVT every 2000 miles or so. Keep it out of water and ride. Now if you Run it like you stole it all the time then I can see why people ruin their scoots. Something has to give if your a crazy rider nothing not even a car will last and have things creak or wear out quicker than expected.
So look where I printed and pointed on the picture by the KICKSTAND and tell us the MOTOR type, I look a several but the brake line is covering the motor type. Alleyoop

Yes, 39mm bore, GY6, 50cc. Very common engine but 95% of Chinese scooters are GY6s. CF Moto is an exception.

Let us know if the valve adjustment helps. We're here to help. Used sensibly these are pretty durable engines. The 50cc is a solid unit.

I ride almost everything like I stole it. Just gotta make sure you don't forget an oil change or gear lube check.
