Ok I have a Propel 250 Ventura with the speedo tach/clock combo and the left blinker lite no longer works, right one works and both blinkers on the scooter work just not the one in the instrument cluster. I am hoping it is just a bulb, but before I tear this thing all apart does anyone know if it has a bulb that I can replace I found the whole unit on Ebay for $58.00, and it appears that It is a sealed unit. thanks for any help!!

They are usually not a sealed unit and you can replace the bulbs which sounds like the bulb is just out since all your blinkers work. They are pull outs on the back of the instrument panel. That is basically the same body as my trike and the instrument panel is the same as mine.

Thanks Ally that's what I was hoping for, I just didn't want to take it all apart for nothing, to bad you cant get at it from in front I tried that already, that would be too easy I guess...any ideas on what type of bulb would be in there?? I am guessing a push in type...

Yes they are little wedge bulbs.

I replaced all of mine with high intensity LED's. I can see them much easier in the daytime and they should never wear out as long as they don't get a big power surge to them.
