Cy, and everyone...the vent issue on the tank has been resolved,it's got two hose outlet on top.i can make a little tiny hole anwhere around it,, my main concern is the static electricity, the tank is all metal and can be magnetized, and i know electrical current can run through it, my question is should i be concern with the static?, im afraid if i start the scooter it will go Kaboooom !!! the original gas tank btw is made of plastic... i ordered a 1976 HARLEY DAVIDSON SS 175 UPPER TRIPLE TREE CLAMP from ebay for $12... im gonna cut the fork tree to make the handlebar lower. here's another pic.... pls disregard the handlebar and the handle post, it will be changed as soon as my harley tree clamp arrives ty

No worries with static,,, bikes have had metal tanks since the beginning of motorcycling,,, as long as there is no fuel splashing all over the place its a nonissue,,,

Oh puh-leeese! We've been played. Nicely done Lukester. I liked the well placed water bottle to hide what the bike really looked like. The crappy lighting was a nice touch. The Merry Prankster strikes again. Give us more close up photography pal, that's always a hoot. Rich

Ah! No! I'm not going to ask. I'll just wait and see. I wasn't taken in. Something just didn't smell right.
