Yeah, the V-Rod. Nothing has disappeared from view like that bike. I called it "One for the Bad Memories Book" in a letter that got printed in Cycle World. I wouldn't have compared it to that either. That's like calling a car "The New Edsel."

I agree Borg. It doesn't pay to use negative ads especially when the Scout is so good.

Oh man! Somebody scanned the very bowels of my brain and came up with my ultimate fantasy motorcycle. Only it's real! Aaaarrrgh! I may have to liquidate part of my retirement to have one. That is one of the coolest looking motorcycles I have ever seen. Oh mama, I'm in love. I gotta have red...only red.

I agree Borg. It doesn't pay to use negative ads especially when the Scout is so good. Negative? What's negative? Got a good machine, then make it appealing to the kind of people who like that look. :-[You could put that engine in anything, heck even a crotch rocket but Indian knows who wants these machines and that's why it looks like it does.
When you win the lottery KZ be sure to buy the right attire to go with this beauty!

The attire thing is some thing I never understood. Quite a few times when I used to go out maybe 9:00 maybe as late as midnight and stop at a big quick stop get a coffee and read the paper in a booth some one would come in looking for who was riding the black bandit out front and always picked the wrong person. Once I hung my helmet on the mirror all signs of a rider disappeared!
