Who sells a CHEAP and I want to stress CHEAP muffler for a 250 that won't cut my performance?

This is the stock muffler but the mounts are broken because its so heavy. Even welding it on didn't help. I need something light and cuts my volume around half. And CHEAP because I'm so Pake'. (Pa-Kay = Hawaiian slang for Chinese/Jewish Cheapskate)  |

Neighbors? Heck Id move in a harley with strait pipes, put a devil patch on the back of your jacket and then see what they say.
As for my exhaust....they can move if they dont like it.

Personally, I like it loud. It has straight pipe already and is seriously loud. I had a cop tail me about 1/2 mile behind and he pulled me over to tell me he could hear me over the freeway noise even that far away. He did say that he thinks it's over the decibel limit, but since he doesn't carry a sound meter, I'm free to go.
I'll snap a pic of the flange when I get home.
