I ran into this while surfing for something else: 200cc UPGRADE KIT . I personally think that's asking a lot of the lower end. I notice it won't fit the "P' engine for some reason, that leaves me out. Rich

58.5mm not gonna get ya anywhere close to the 200cc either.
EDIT: it comes up to 155cc

Yeah, that kit is most definitely not on the level. Its just a big bore kit with a 58.5mm cylinder (which, as zugzug said, is 155cc). There is no bolt on for a typical GY6 to make 200cc. That requires machining.
For comparison, my 168cc motor has a 61mm cylinder. If I did the math right, you'd have to have a 66.5mm cylinder to make 200cc with the standard crank. Alternatively, you lengthen the stroke, which will also require machining.

No math wiz here. I have a bookmarked website that has a calculator on it. ;D Wish I would have known that... I did it by hand (well, with the help of my trusty TI-89). But then, I'm an engineer and supposely like math.

Hey Bashan, have you found any upgrade kits that DO work on the P engine? Or even just a performance head? I need a new one, have an EZ-out broke off in a broken exhaust stud, but I'm not having much luck finding one (that doesn't say "NOT for P157...")
