There's some rattling sounds inside my mufflerfler should I take it apart and see what's going on?

if you can,,,it's probably just a baffle got loose

No but I can walk you thru it,, drill out all of the pop rivets on the muffler,,, be sure to use a marksall for all parts so you can reassemble it the correct way,,, slide the can off and you are going to find some tack welds have cracked on the center baffle tube,,, take it to a welder have it welded together and put it back together,,, repack it with packing material if it even has some,,, pop rivet it and you're done,,, easy peasy

cool man, thanks I'll try that as soon as I get this cylinder head problem resolved. In the meantime might this have anything to do with it?

it might have something to do with it,,,the nutsert may have dropped out and is rattling around in there as well,,,i think you still need to disassemble the silencer and get the baffle tube welded and if the nutsert did drop out have a nut welded in place in the inside of the endcap as well
