I finally figured it out,the valves where too tight,I set them both to .005 and it runs like a champ now,thank you for all of your help guys

Welcome Eric76, good to have you on the forum. Now the problem could be caused by several things but the first thing to do is Adjust the valves INTAKE to .003 inch's and the EXHAUST to .004 inch's or .003 inch's either one. If one of the valves is tight once it gets hot it will not seal completely and loose compression then you have to wait for it to cool down some before it makes a good seal. The Exhaust valve usually gets tight due to the heat it takes, the Intake not so much because it get gas and air to cool it down. Alleyoop My First response to you but you did not check them.
