I finally figured it out,the valves where too tight,I set them both to .005 and it runs like a champ now,thank you for all of your help guys

I already tried it with the fuel cap off and it still does it,I have a compression tester how many psi should it have,

I tried what you said,the bowl is staying full,I even tried a different carb and it still does it,and even when its running good it doesn't have the power it used to

Yes,it does it more when cold,I already tested the enricher when I cleaned the carb and it works fine,it's not when I come to a stop that it happens its when I'm driving,if I'm driving at a steady speed it will suddenly lose power and slow down untill it eventually dies out, if i try to start it right away it wont start but if i let it sit for about 2 minutes then it will start right up and drive good again,it feels like it is running out of gas but I don't think it is,I have started it on the stand with the seat off and held it at wot untill it died out and watched the clear fuel line to the carb and it has fuel in it the whole time

Thank you I will check the valves tomorrow and let you but it seems to do it more when cold then run better when hot

I have a 2013 taotao cy50 t3 it drives fine for a minute or two then starts to lose power and slow down untill it completely dies out,if I try to start it it won't start unless I let it sit for about two minutes then it starts up and rides fine,it will do this 3 or 4 times then ride good,it still does it occasionally after that but not as often,I took the carb apart and cleaned it and replaced the Cdi but it still does it
