So my scooter was working beautifully last night and just won't start this morning. It turns over, and over, and over, and I think would keep turning over just about forever if I didn't release the switch. I did wipe the bike off with a damp rag last night - maybe a few drips made their way into just the wrong spot? I'm a mechanical ignoramus but don't have any other form of transport and need to work this out. Is there any part in particular I should check? Does it sound like it might be the spark plug? Thanks!

Could be a lot of things, but check your fuses and all electrical connections. Make sure the ground strap from the engine to the frame didn't vibrate loose. Could be fuses, coil, bad connection...
