Thanks to all the members who have posted info about ignition trouble shooting. It's been helpful so far. Been having some issues lately with this scoot and I'm at a stand still with my ignition. I was riding at around 40 when the engine tried to die (like I'd hit the kill switch). Idle and speed dropped with no throttle response then fired back up as if the kill switch had been disengaged. After another minute or two it did the same thing but didn't fire back up and stalled out. When checking, I wasn't able to get spark on the plug. Withing the few weeks prior, I had just replaced the stator and coil. Disconnected the kill switch by cutting the line close to the CDI, replaced the CDI and spark plug trying to get spark. Still nothing. Took voltage readings to test the stator and CDI output.
Stator Output to CDI - 60-70 VAC Pickup Coil to CDI - .5-.8 VAC Output from CDI to Ignition coil - 2.5 - 3.0 VAC Gap set to .032 on an NGK C7HSA 1ohm resistance across polls on the Ignition coil 8.8k ohms resistance from poll to spark plug tip.
I've disconnected all wiring on the harness except the Ignition and Regulator. Still no spark. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like there could be something wrong with your ignition switch. I'm not entirely sure how to troubleshoot a bad ignition switch. I'm sure somebody that knows their electrical better than I do will be in here, shortly.

Thanks for the feedback. Right now the switch is disconnected. Didn't figure it would be a problem because the engine runs with the switch in the off position.

Since you cut the KILLWIRE at the CDI, if it does start you will have to pull the boot off the spark plug to kill the motor. Make sure you have a good ground from the motor to the frame. Not a good ground the Spark Plug will not fire while in the motor. But here is a good Video on how to test for No Spark. Alleyoop
