My taotao suddenly started squealing loudly at take off and continues! It also is losing a lot more power than usual when going uphill. I removed the CVT cover and looked at belt and did notice a wear spot on the top of the belt. Also when I replaced the CVT cover I can't start it now! Help

clutch pads. and clutch bell.no pads left. buy new clutch pads and, bell, if its grinded into. if its not much. how much grinding, if its losing power the bell, when it spins, turns the back wheel.

OK bell and pads. But why won't it start now after I replaced the case?
