hello, I will be really appreciative if you would answer my question. So recently i bought a 100cc bbk from ebay which comes with roller weights, main jet and the kit( cylinder and head), I tried to installed them but it did not work. Well, I paid 300 dollar , a professional technician fixed it and it runs fine. THE PROBLEM IS the scooter still runs 35mph....... I must have left something out. I left the exhaust, CDI, fuel lines, roller arms and spark plug stock. I really don't know where to start and i ran out of money too ....

The 50cc bikes are usually governed so they stay at or under the 30mph speed limit that most are designed for. The CDI has a rev limiter built in, so you need to buy an aftermarket CDI with no rev limiter in it.

Also the cvt needs to be tuned and it may be restricted with a washer between the Variator pulley. So you need to take the Variator off and check it out and most likely put in lighter weights to create more rpms. When you do take out the Variator weigh the weights that are in there, if you do not have a gram scale take 1 weight to the post office and ask them to weigh it for you. Alleyoop
