((( Boy if this aint messing me up too))) hope this helps 8-|GUY the owner of TC told me when I had called him (have been since last March) this was a complete new kit they was selling and each scooter was needing different setups In order for the kit to work properly including the swingarm, sprocket setup and even fender mounts I let him know I was going to do my own fabrication he had gave me some specific info and measurements to go by for the setup to work that is why my scooter is looking like it is now so plain and simple it is in the experiment stage yet once I figure out everything is working like it should than more stronger bracing will follow I'm not swearing to it but I think he might have said that one axle will turn faster in a corner than the other which I can say that does happen to be so

I can see more lateral braces are in order,,, I think it's ok in the vertical plane but I see flex issues with sideloads,,, I think some gussets will help with that

Dang right Cyborg gusset would help but to me right now I just don't like the spread in the axle mounts due to the tire size myself I would like to give them more spread right now I got my brain working on using the motor mounts and center stand I don't care about speed I just want safety it goes to damn fast now

I think you're plenty wide as it is I think the main problem Is going to be flex and the rear end will " hunt" and steer for you,,, way more rubber and weight on the rear ,, I really think you need to get plates or tubes triangulated to minimize side flex

Cyborg I'm not quit sure but I think my tire spread is 44" to outside you think that mounts ok?

Yes the outside wheel travels farther than the inside wheel in a turn,,,so they turn at different speeds,,,,,thats what the differential is for,,,i think you're wide enough,,,,if you look at a pic of Alleys trike they are set in more than yours,,,his is tucked in tighter than yours and has a shorter wheelbase,,,i think you're ok you just need to add a few more gussets to tie it down for side loads or twisting,,,,oh and make sure you use grade 8 or better bolts on everything,,,don't cheap out on the hardware

The differential are the OPEN type which are the simpliest they have been around for DECADES and yes they handle turning very nicely inside wheel turns slower than outside during turns. Also 44 inchs wide is right on that is the same width as mine trike. Remember those AXLES are actually the ones ICE BEAR TRIKES come with I know them like the back of my hand or should I say like the back of my TRIKE(HAHA). If you count you have 30 teeth on the sprocket on the differential. Back in 2009 when they first brought them in they came with a 24 tooth drive sprocket and right away I ordered a 29 tooth sprocket for a few more mph on the top end. Mine stock used to run 50mph at wot at 8200-8500 rpms the motor was screaming. That is when I started modding it(HEHE). Now KING KONG Can't catch me Alleyoop
