Hello Alleyoop \ Cyborg
Sorry to say it wasn't bad gas (cyborg very close) the plug-in from the stator to the cdi was not getting a good or no connection at all sometimes how I found this out when I pulled the wires out that I had redone back in oct. the scooter fired right up (hum I says) cause this was going on actually before I moved the cdi, diode, & r/r to the front I knew it wasn’t the wires I had redone for I solder them so I started playing around with the plug-ins when I got to the stator plug to check it the scooter died started it again same thing would happen when I touched the wire I noticed the tip (little latch) that held the plug together was broke and just barely connecting and would lose connection so now I would have to say I may have caused a lot of the trouble by trying to keep it running and another thing this plug was very very lose on the stator side (today good ole autozone fixed it) now it makes me wonder if I had done this or it was this way when I got the scooter and yes now I probably got my carb. All out of whack thinking that’s what was doing it won’t know till I get a chance to ride it

Here are some picture of my 2013 Jonway or the (MC-13-250) chinese scooter that I had done off and on this summer (Yep it sure looked funny riding around wires hanging and tied up all over “what the hell it’s my scooter”) like I said this was done threw out the summer so I done the voltage readings that I could remember (could be wrong on some)also moving the CDI, Blocking Diode, and R/R all to the front of the scooter for better air flow and easy to get to also I added an electric fuel pump and rigging up the vacuum pump for easy hookup if I should need it I also replaced the radiator fan with an higher output one and an R/R (VRRPM3H) from Oregon Motorcycle Parts don’t remember for sure where I was reading about the blocking diode didn’t seem to work like it should I had my meter taped and wire to the frame while I was riding and thinking my reading was up toward 15 volts which I could not take a picture of this (maybe Alleyoop could help on this) Also after cutting the wire that goes to the alarm and whatever else it went to if I disconnect this wire the scooter will start but only a few seconds sounds like it ran out of fuel until reconnected so now I’m thinking about putting in a hidden switch to this links1375.photobucket.com/user/Robertban56/library/

Just wondering if anyone would have a newer chinese wiring diagram that includes the blocking diode for the (2012-2015) YY250T-2 Honda Helix 250cc water cooled engine like to see what other changes might have been done and parts that are no longer used

What all could be shorted or bad to cause the 15 amp fuse by the battery to blow on the 2013 jonway honda helix 250cc (MC-13-250) I had brought the (vrrpm3h-csr) r/r from Oregon motorcycle Parts could the blocking diode be shorted or not enough to handle this new r/r just trying to gets heads-up on this before I get to checking also which of the electrical schematic would be best to go by for this scooter For all who don't know I converted my scooter to a trike now and I'm needing to know where I could order or buy one from a forum member ((((((((((A locking Break Handle)))))))) Bashan Still waiting on a reply back from you on manuals in your forum message box to let me know if you had them already

Dang right Cyborg gusset would help but to me right now I just don't like the spread in the axle mounts due to the tire size myself I would like to give them more spread right now I got my brain working on using the motor mounts and center stand I don't care about speed I just want safety it goes to damn fast now

((( Boy if this aint messing me up too))) hope this helps 8-|GUY the owner of TC told me when I had called him (have been since last March) this was a complete new kit they was selling and each scooter was needing different setups In order for the kit to work properly including the swingarm, sprocket setup and even fender mounts I let him know I was going to do my own fabrication he had gave me some specific info and measurements to go by for the setup to work that is why my scooter is looking like it is now so plain and simple it is in the experiment stage yet once I figure out everything is working like it should than more stronger bracing will follow I'm not swearing to it but I think he might have said that one axle will turn faster in a corner than the other which I can say that does happen to be so

Hi jct842 (( Man Your Riding The Scooter I Need LOL )) Yep it is 3/16" steel but trust me it will hold more than the aluminum that its bolted to and like I told Alleyoop I'm not to thrilled about this design even though due to my condition I will ride short distance around town (and I definitely wouldn't let anyone including myself take it out of town) If not under the weather tomorrow I'll go out and get you the tire size

Hi Alleyoop I tried every way possible to make that swingarm work even after cutting out the braces and all it was still too long and wouldn't fit on my motor like it needed to by a long ways the picture you posted was way off from my engine if you look at the shocks mine would be closer to a 45° than 90° because of the bends in the arm also the swingarm bracket to my motor mount was about 2 ½ " to 3" inches wider like I said I really don't like it either I'm still raddling my brain to where I can still use my motor mount but I'm wanting to go further out on the axle toward the wheels there is 35" to the center of the wheels and to me working welding with metals for the last 37 years there is too much axle there to even be using the engine at all as for support but winter is coming on so there's no telling what I'll have done come next spring
