Super Hornet speedometer innacurate... By trace (Read 463 times)

The speedo is labeled as "MPH" but sure seems like it is registering closer to kilometers per hour versus miles per hour. Anyone else notice this? Anyone know how to correct this?

They suck getting about 50 55mph out of a chinese 150cc stock is about all you will get , if the girlfriend is a 100 pounder you may be able to do better with variator and slider mods .

To every new member.....ignore the Chinese speedometer! It is registering angstroms per hour or some other irrelevant unit. The GPS is the only way to judge your speed on these bikes. Actually, most of my bikes, regardless of make, had lousy speedos. - Bashan

I was questioning mine today. On the way into town, I was on the E-way and my needle said 55 and everyone was whipping past me like I was standing still. Normally everyone does about 60. This morning they were closer to 70 if my needle is correct.
