Put a Ground on starter seems to have fixed it

Most starters ground to the case they are bolted on to. Then the engine is grounded to the frame via the main engine ground. I'm not sure why you would want to ground the starter to the frame with a ground strap. But then again I'm not sure what kind of bike or engine we are talking about.

From there should connect to the harness and the engine . If not make one #10 awe wire . John
