OK new issue! At a stop light the scooter just quit on me. It trys to start but won't! Any ideas? Checked hoses spark plug and belt. All ok

Automatic vacuum fuel tap/ valve go bad?,,, check fuel? Did you run out?,,, check spark pull plug and see if you have spark with good ground on engine,,, that's where I would start checking,,, also see if an ignition wire came off of coil or cdi

OK new issue! At a stop light the scooter just quit on me. It trys to start but won't! Any ideas? Checked hoses spark plug and belt. All ok you fail to mention which engine you have. If it is not a 2 stroke it could be needing valve adjustment especially if it starts when cold. |

I just put on a new carb and mine did just what you said. The mix screw fell out of the carb  Look for things out of place before you start tearing things apart... -Shane |
