About a week ago the spammers got in. In the last week they must have picked up a million or more spam posts. Apparently there has been no mod in there for a long time. Another decent forum gone. Scooter dawg ended up pretty much the same except there it wasn't spam but it was mod trouble. If "scooterdawg" had used his head and kept some decent mods or a second in charge that would not have had to have happened. I went there after it was sold as a Comercial venture for a while...well till the jerk in charge banned rapid jim!

Ooooooh! One does not ban Rapid Jim, that sets forces in the universe moving that one does not want moving. He is one of the three pillars of the scooter universe. I'm not sure who the other two are but I know Jim is one of them.

I kind of enjoyed going there. They were none at all in working on their scooters for the most part. A big deal was a cup holder and gps install. A few did belts and cvt change outs. Only one or two even knew what their engine looked like! A simple repair would be needed so lots of questions and they would be told how to do it then nothing for 3-4 weeks and they would continue in the thread with "I just got my scooter back from the yamaha shop and its running great and the bill was only $640".
