Hello i am new to this website. And i recently bought a used non working scooter for 60 bucks. And for the life of me i can't find a manual to my scooter. Can someone please help me??

There are no scooter specific manuals for most Chinese scooters. You have to go with generic manuals but the scooters are all essentially the same. Your scooter is a 150cc GY6 model and any of the generic and standard GY6 manuals in the library would be a good guide. You will not find scooter specific for your machine. This is a good service manual.
