Just watched the ad......motor trends truck of the year....right.... wonder why an f150 out sells the damn chevy at least two to one? Guess most every one but motor trend knows. Its about time I call the chevy dealer about the recall. A year and a half before the recall on ign switchs I had to pay to have mine replaced, it was shuting down the motor while driving down the road. Some one said they will reimburse me. Gm should have been put out of bussiness several times in the past including the bail out.

You think that the vespa crowd are unhappy now, wait till they realize that to the commercial makers, a scooter is just a scooter, and that one wasn't chosen because it was a vespa, it was chosen because it was available..

It was chosen because it looks like a really old style scooter from the 50's.
Very 'Old Skool' A huge contrast between the old way and the new up to date.

This is the exact reason i no longer frequent mv,,they think the sun shines out of a vespas exhaust,,,it's ok ,,they like them great,,,i had one it was an expensive dud,,,some people love them,,they think because they are expensive that it's an exclusive "club",,,so it will keep the rifraf away because of the price,,,i like the older ones because they are a manual trans and have side covers for ease of service thats about it,,if i bump into an older one cheap on CL i'd grab it,,,not because of the reasons the crew at mv would

Stress you say? yes it is very stressful when you are driving down the road all the time wondering when you might have to "walk"!
You did hear about Ford's new tail gait options right? You know the one for very cold weather places like where you live. It's the new tail gait hand warmer that keeps your hands warm in freezing weather when you are pushing your truck!

I had hand warmers on my 88 yugo too, never had to use them. In fact I never had to walk with the yugo, and probably spent a total of 2 or $300 in repairs for 65k miles I drove it, spent as much as the yugo cost new in repairs for the chevy I drive now! (so far)
gov never should have bailed gm's arse out, ford did not need it. (or maybe just gave some free money to ford just cause gm and chrysler got it) They got the free money cause of bad engineering and bad accounting.
