I had the exact model CDI installed on my 2014 Bashan BLX 150cc. Could this be the source of my issues with my scooter backfiring on deceleration & bogging some in low to midrange throttle i.e.coming out of corners? I have put over 5800 miles on it, but never had issues with it backfiring. I am trying to learn to work on some of the minor in things myself, I got it in October of '14 and finding a mechanic to maintain it has been a daunting task. I once took it to the original dealer to get the muffler replaced and battery replaced and they kept it for a month, muffler was wrong style for bike and they gave me back my old battery with a charge, needless to say that's the last time they'll see my scooter. I tried a local mech, but he doesn't keep many parts in stock, I can understand that there are many brands of scooters and managing inventory, but no headlight bulbs.
I stumbled upon this site last weekend and have been going through the threads and I'm hoping to gain some valuable knowledge from you Scooter Masters.
