My kind of weather. I like it when the wind is over 35 MPH, freezing rain fallin and my beard is full of ice. I like to play in weather that would make a wolf commit suicide.

BITTERLY COLD WIND CHILLS WILL MAKE IT DANGEROUS TO BE OUTSIDE FOR PROLONGED PERIODS OF TIME. WIND CHILL READINGS OF 25 TO 30 DEGREES BELOW ZERO ARE LIKELY ACROSS THE AREA OVERNIGHT. WIND CHILL READINGS OF 10 TO 20 BELOW ZERO ARE LIKELY DURING THE DAY ON THURSDAY.

Wind chill? Right now the wind just died a bit and it's 26F with a low of 13F predicted at Petit Jean and single digits for the northern part of the state, freezing rain and sleet predicted for Thursday night and all day Friday, will cover what hasn't melted off from the last storm. Snow no big deal, same with sleet but freezing drizzle as they predict here causes problems quick. Got my generator and plenty of gas ready, and it's big enough to run the whole house so I'm ready if the power fails.

I remember the ice storms well,,, brings down lots of limbs and power lines,,,,, last one I was in many years ago had us with no power for almost three weeks,,, my dad bless his soul was the only one that had a generator for miles around,,, the older I get the wiser he was

Had a water pipe freeze last night. I got it fixed. A neighbor called and said I should leave a faucet dripping and that won't happen. My Wife told him he should call Niagara Falls and let them know about that trick

Served my cold weather sentence in Michigan picking people out of 200 car pile-ups on 96 between Lansing and Howell every year. If I want to see cold, I look at pictures. The freezer is too cold for me. I'm with Pedro. We served our sentences.

It's nice here in B'Ham. Hell, I rode to work yesterday. It's been truly cold just this week and next week is supposed to suck. Then March is here with the early Spring. Spring lasts forever and then the lazy Summer gives way to a gorgeous fall. I like the different seasons, this is perfect for me here. Very little snow and ice, I did have enough of that $hit up in T Town. Rich

I'm 91 miles from Niagara Falls....current temperature is -13*, wind blowing 20 to 35 mph....don't think I'll be seeing any scooters out and about, today or anytime soon

The magnolias are poppin here,,,,even tho it's kind of chilli and drizzly,,,the weatherman lied like a rug about this week ending with mid 80's temps
