I have 250cc, and it cranks easy enough, but chokes out.I can't get anybody to look at it, even when I tell them it's a Honda clone. I've replaced the air filter and O2 sensor, and pretty much everything except fool with the carburetor. HELP,please?

How did the problem start? Did it run ok before this problem? Was it stored and is there old gas in it?

Is it the horizontal or vertical engine? What do you mean by chokes out? You have an O2 sensor?

Could be a plugged jet,,, also check the easy stuff first,, air filter for starters
