Do we all know that 95% of the people of Taiwan are chinese? The big difference as I see it is the politics. And that has been changing with the times. Also the fastest train in the world is said to be in china. An over head magnetic track. and it was built with out the help of unions.

I can't comment on the percentage of ethnic Chinese in Taiwan but you are totally wrong on there being no union in China. It is one gigantic union, with the government in charge. Perhaps you wish the same here?

Better than what the japs did to us. Just how many US servicemen died at the hands of the jap butchers and I wonder how many of those dead were tortured first. Not quite the same as our unions that bargins like street gangs.

I'll take a current Taiwan bike over a Chinese one for now,,, but not for very much longer,, Rich had a run in with his wifes today and didn't sound pretty,,, I had a very similar run in with my last Vespa altho it was a phantom fueling issue,,, and it be gone now,,, it can be frustrating to say the least
