The new scoot is okay, I get a big vibration from the front at 35mph and then it goes away after getting to 40 and I can figure out how to get the damn plastic off on the back for the side to come off without breaking it.

could be a tire out of balance or it could be "headshake" from the steering stem bearings being loose,,,had that condition on a few bikes,,,go over the front end from top to bottom check all the fork tube clamp bolts axel steering stem handlebars all of it,,,i think you'll be surprised at how many are just past finger tight
