It's still doing the same thing, made sure it was top TDC on the compression stroke with the cam lined up, made sure the 0.005mm feeler gauge would not fit in afterwards and it still sounds like crap but it has great compression.

I guess I will adjust the valves again and see what happens LOL I always let the engine cool off and then turn the engine by hand till the intake valve closes and then line up the flywheel mark just behind the f t/ / /

Sorry been away for a while working and upgraded to a motorcycle so I've been a little preoccupied. I have checked the scooter for compression, spark, fuel, valves and just changed the variator/weights and belt. I uploaded a really good sound quality video to show you the sound of the scooter. the pictures and video

My front right blinker is not working but my all my other blinkers are, I have tried to change the light. I found the wires on the front headlight harness that connects to the blinkers have been wrapped with electrical tape. The green wires are all in a bundle exposed just a little bit about this much --- and wrapped around each other and there was a brown wire that was exposed that looked like it was soldered little bit. any ideas? i got my fluke meter ready.

The new scoot is okay, I get a big vibration from the front at 35mph and then it goes away after getting to 40 and I can figure out how to get the damn plastic off on the back for the side to come off without breaking it.

Just bought an engine from ssrmotorsports and it's the wrong one, because my rim does not fit because the engine is for a 10" rim the bn157qmj . I guess we will see if they will pay for return shipping and or if they will send me another engine.
