I buy from this guy too, www.ebay.com/usr/lalexander711?_trksid=p2060778.m2749.l2754 I buy variators from him because they come in a set, the only difference sometimes is that the roller weights are a different color and the holes for the variator tool on the fan are bigger or smaller sometimes.

Okay I wait like 1 hour and the back brake light works again and tries to start but just dies out and does not allow anything to work, I'll keep you posted when I get my new solenoid.

If my brake light is not working on my scooter when I press the lever will a saftey thing activate when trying to start it? I have not replaced my brake electrical switch yet. I try and start my bike everything activates when I put the key into the ignition hit the back drum brake on the left and the start button and everything goes dead. The clock goes out and the fuel guage goes all the way to the bottom and won't even let my brake lights work or blinkers. any ideas? solenoid? and or brake switch?

Just thought I would rave about temp agencies.. I recently signed up for three more temp agencies and out of all three I got put to work a week later from one of them at an insulation plant that does 12 hour shifts 7am-7pm. This is the best job I have ever had from temp agency. There is an never ending conveyor belt of insulation But the temp agency got me started on labeling insulation with stickers. I pick up 25 bags fold them into a square and stick the stickers like a scrap book into the marks all day. I get three ten minute breaks and a paid 45 minute break. I will try and get a video of the blade that cuts the insulation soon. Just a scattered rave that I thought someone might like. I work mon-tues and then fri.

I think a bent carpenters level would be no good and throw things off? So why not just replace the clutch for $40-50? Wait for Bashan or alley or cyborg to give you the 100% answer, but look into buying a clutch from your dealer.

You will soon become a Chinese assembly technician. You will also be ready for a job if China takes over the U.S. , just kidding.

Here's a video of what they look like and how to put them on if you find them, maybe they fell underneath.
