Not trying to steal his post but my solenoid is going out too and makes a weird sound before it turns over the starter. Did the screw driver test with the key in the ignition turned to on and put the screw driver over both ends and it turned the starter.

Looks like a good bike, 151cc and it has an oil cooler if, I'm reading this parts book correctly. www.cobrasales.com/parts/tgb/TGB%20R9%20Parts%20Book.htm Looks like they have a new name and I don't know why www.peirspeed.com/ ahhh here's why, 2008, Cobra Powersports enters a supply agreement with TGB to manufacturer Peirspeed scooters for the U.S. market and ends its TGB distribution agreement. Peirspeed becomes the exclusive distributor of the Sachs MadAss motorcycle.2010 Cobra Scooters, LLC changes D/B/A to Peirspeed. Peirspeed enters exclusive manufacturing agreement with Gematic.

I rode out in the rain for a couple days and noticed my front brake light was working but a few days later it worked only when I pressed down hard on it and a couple of minutes ago it worked but now it has stopped completely. The back drum brake works and I inspected the two plug ins for the front brake and they were wet if that helps. Here's some pictures of my wires in the back. 1drv.ms/1wL38RK

Is that a real picture of a guitar case on a Harley? If I'm not correct please correct me.

If this seal breaks on the master cylinder will it cause it to do anything bad? The question is should I replace this? 1drv.ms/13z98lF there is a picutre of what i'm talking about.

I disconnect my red then black wire and try not to touch the terminals I think they have a little lead on them, I then hook up my charger then plug it in and it auto stops the trickle like the one you bought. I leave the battery inside the scooter still and don't have to move it. Not too sure on if you should use a 3-amp charger all the time but I'm not an mechanic really or electrician so I think you might be okay.
