Newbie Triker.

New triker need help..
Found a 2011 I/B 300cc Compeller with 188 miles. Picked it up for less than 50% of a new one.
Purchased in December and have not put it on the road to date.
Have changed the oil and tried to find the oil filter that is said to be on the Linhai/Yamaha 250/300cc engines. I have not found a oil filter and hope some of you compeller riders can help me with this.


Was a bit of an adventure trying to get the seat to open.
Finally got it open and tie wrapped the cable to the frame.It works fine now.

There is no OIL FILTER there is only a Thumb Screen Like this under the motor right side.

Per your advise on other post, checked all the bolts & found 1 motor mount bolt missing & 1 about to come out. You may have saved me a long walk home.
I appreciate the advise that you, rapid Jim, lefty and others post. They help newbies like myself more than you know.

Good thing to do another kind of pdi,, post delivery inspection that is,,,I don't even know how many bolts were not torqued at all just plain oldie loose,,,a few missing but not too many,,on some high dollar bikes too,,,very important ,,, please post some pics,,,I for one would love to see it
