why not just take it apart, as a learning experience. see what went wrong. kinda like disecting a frog in biology class. it's already dead so aint gonna hurt nothing. worst thing that could happen is you would learn how the engine works, and what ain't broke can be used for a spare at some time in the future.

Find a Honda Helix. Plenty of power. I found one for $750 last year.

IDK. It's a toy. Put in gas, ride, put in more gas ride, put in gas, ride. Kinda like that

Yup, you're still a mess. And, yes, my girlfriend has had to spend some time courtesy of the state, and getting psych meds (or any meds) is a PITA. They don't give a damn about your mental or physical condition. So I totally understand. Yes, you can't abandon family, at any cost, so I'm proud of you foe keeping them. (I had a friend who had 2 cats. One was old and sick, so they had it put to sleep. Then, they had the other one put to sleep too so they could go to heaven together. I called them selfish. They told me to F off). A month later, they bought a class C motor home and started traveling the country. with their remaining pet, a dog. (which tells me they didn't wanna be bothered with 3 animals on the road). Good luck getting the scoot dug out and diagnosed and fixed. I know how much you love chrissy Anyway, glad to see ya back

Not sure why you sold the GW trike to go to a scooter. I got my left leg ripped off 4 years ago, (see sig pic, hit by a truck while on my 750 Magna bobber) and got a Zodiac from Jim (Rapid Repair) and still enjoy riding it. However, Last year, I did get a Goldwing with a side car, ($6000) added a Pingel push button shift, a few more upgrades, and now ride like I used to. In fact thinking of going to ROT (Austin Tx), Sturgis and Key West this summer. Ride on.

The wobble can be somewhat inherent to a trike. However, make sure the rear tires are balanced, as well as the front, and the front axle is straight. (Meaning, you might ask your mech to re-grease the front axle/bearings, and ensure it's straightness.) Sometimes a more aggressive take off can elude the death wobble.

1. cooling: my first impression would be that you shouldn't have any issues, even in Fla. But, not knowing how long it's been sitting, not a bad idea to change all fluids, and dont forget to burp it. Then make sue the fan kicks on/recycles. 2. The oil level level indicator is crap. Just check the oil regularily and change every 1000 miles. 3. Slipping belt is my guess. Might not be a bad idea to get a new belt. And maybe rollers. 4. Fuel gauge, yes, sounds like a bad ground. Track the wires is all I can suggest. Alley will be here shortly to provide more detailed information. (too late) (I rode a Honda Shadow Sabre, Magna, Goldwing and Helix, so I know nothing of what you refer to as HD)

Was looking around a found the Ice Bear GEMINI. It looks like a smaller version of the Zodiac! Is it an older or discontinued model? Because I only found a couple of sites that sell them. That would have been really cool! www.bobcatsmotorsports.com/Ice_Bear_GEMINI_150cc_Motor_Trike_PST150_19_p/trike-pst150-19.htmthe ad says it's a brand new model. looks the same as a Zodiac but with a 150. Only thing I wouldn't like is, the Zodiac is really heavy as is, (570 for the zodiac, 430 for the gemini) and a 150 just wouldn't be enough hp to get it down the road like it should.
