Thanks for the info Alley. Does the 100lbs heavier mean it would be more stable around turns? I just watched a video with a guy riding and Ice Bear Cruiser lift a tire in a slow turn. Kinda scared me a little. Honestly, Im kind of jumping in with both feet wearing a blindfold. I still have to actually learn how to ride a trike. Davec, thanks for reminding me how much I really wanted a Zodiac! And how I had to settle for a Cyclone! hahaha Really though.... I actually wanted a Magnum, until I saw a pic of your Zodiac. According to specs, the Cyclone is about 2 inches shorter in length and about and inch shorter in wheelbase. BTW, I ordered it in burgandy. I wouldn't say settle. I'd say you made a choice based on circumstances. I was fortunate enough to be able to get one. Never looked back. I needed a trike due to my mobility issue. Sure, I had a couple mechanical issues initially (Rad hose and exhaust) but nothing major and nothing since.. Had it 3 years now and still going strong. Yes, I can lift a tire cornering too fast. Just enjoy what ya got.

The speedometers on all bikes/scooters are notoriously off. Generally 10% on the high side. Supposedly to fool the rider to keep the speed down. I did see a new face for an analog speedometer, but a digital speedo, not much you can do.

Just about any really old guy probably has a timing light, I do any way. It's hanging in a shed out back and is red....I think! I got a couple. I got an old VW Bus that still uses points & condenser.

Actually, I meant they're not 13" wheels. Was just trying to help jax finger out what type scoot it was.

My thoughts are, go straight to a trike. You already know about the 300cc Zodiac. In my opinion, it can't be beat.

I dated a girl that charged $15 for 15 minutes. Does that count?
