I ran into something interesting...... Schlotchies ( a sandwich shop ) has an automated order Kiosk in airports..... Funny thing is, A "tip" cup on top of the machine.... Granted a human in the back still has to make your sandwich. Instead of ordering from a Kiosk (many folks won't know how to use) it seems ordering from an actual employee is always better. Who are you gonna yell at when the order is wrong? YOU ordered it wrong
